This purpose of this leather burnisher is to smooth and seal the wood on your shaft. The more a cue is burnished, the better the finish, and the better the finish the slicker and more moisture resistant your shaft becomes.
To use: Wrap the leather burnisher around the shaft and with firm pressure work your burnisher up and down your working range (1-1.5ft). Repeating this procedure for half a minute or so before and after playing will product a professional looking finish.
